Yes. Girl Genius has been managing three days a week for longer than that -- but they're doing it as a team, not one person working alone; and even then sometimes the story stops for a while and all that's posted is individual pictures or a short related story both of which have probably been set up as backup possibities at some previous time.
One person needs time off sometimes! -- I'm not at all sure (and others have suggested) that some of what happened with Minna wasn't due to an entirely unreasonable publishing schedule.
