Heads up - Minna confirmed on the stream that there is one more week of pages before the chapter break starts!  Hype!
So, are we starting on the weekend, or in place of the first Monday?

Thanks wavewright for that notice! (Minna's streams start at like 3 am for me, and I wanted to sleep in).

That reminds me as well - there is (edit) one prompt left:

Since we're so near chapter break and it looks like everyone who wants to participate has got a prompt, I'm opening them for a second round: if anybody wants to choose a second prompt to become the creator for, you can claim one of these (same claiming method as before).

Also, if anyone is free to become a pinch hitter in case somebody can't complete their work, please let me know.

Oh! Wavewright! I didn't quite process that sentence the first time I saw it so sorry for the delay, but I think we'll start on the weekend, if that's okay with you time-wise? I was a bit concerned earlier about when I'd actually be posting the prompts as well, but now that school's not on I'll just post them at midnight forum time (my timezone is precisely 12 hours away from forum time, so it makes calculating stuff much easier).

Like wave said earlier, Minna said in her stream this weekend that the chapter was going to end this week, so day one (and the first prompt - awakening) of the chapter break will be on Saturday the... fourth? The fourth of April. And the rest of the prompts will follow in chronological order from that - prompt 2 will be on Sunday the fifth, 3 on Monday the sixth etc.

What I do for the Advent Calendar is send a PM reminder one week out, require a check-in by 3 days out (to say you're on track or to alert the need for a pinch-hitter), and accept submission, well...in theory 24 hours ahead of time, but have been flexible in practice.  As the first time zone, I always had to wait until after 6pm on the day to post at midnight Forum time, which usually works well for me, coming home from work in the evening.
I keep all images in private folders on my Imgur, hidden from view to avoid spoilers.
 I'm not saying Keep Looking needs to keep this protocol, especially as almost a third of us are essentially now a week out from posting, but it may provide a helpful framework.

I reserve the right to post extras if I get an inspiration, although those usually come in the form of one of my 'silly doodles'.

Thanks wave - I trust your experience with the advent calendar, and some of those protocols sound like very good ideas (and since this is my first time doing anything like this, I really appreciate the help!)

Well, that's all the prompts accounted for! Chapter break will start in just under a week (I plan on posting the first work on Saturday), and as per Wave's suggestion I'll be checking in to see how people are going a week before their prompt is due to be up. If you can't complete your work, please contact me as soon as you can so I can get a pinch hitter onto it.

And if you've missed out on becoming the 'official' creator for a prompt, never fear - you'll have the opportunity during the break to make and share works for each prompt as they come up (the full prompt list is on the sign-up info post on this thread).
