Part of the fun of the Prologue characters was seeing parts of their traits handed down to the crew.
Aksel Eide - described as a 'good grandson', worrying about the fate of his poor grandma, rushing headlong to assure her 'rescue'

Signe Sørensen - tiny slip of a woman with a sharp tongue and quick wit, probably too quick, fired from her previous jobs before being hired on as a 'boat servant' and landing herself among the Madsen family on their Bornholm farm.

You promised a tough round and you certainly deliver! How can we choose one over the other! With grit, just like Signe, I guess. For sometimes tough choices have to be made!

Oh noooo, I love both of them.
I'm more fond of Aksel when it comes to fanwork - somehow I find it easy to get into his head. However, Signe is probably my favourite prologue character - she just has so much personality.

I love Signe too - one of the best stories that I've ever written (https://archiveofourown.org/works/14088714) (imho naturally) features her.

Sorry.. no one can surpass Signe!!
