I've been meaning to buy this game (and the other Dark Souls/Demon's Souls games in general because they remind me of Berserk a fair bit), but I have listened to the entire ost, and I'll have to agree that it's pretty awesome!

And on the topic of osts, I'm curious as to if anyone here has listened to the ost for the Satoshi Kon film, Paprika? The music was done by Susumu Hirasawa and it's one of my absolute favorites. Here's a few tracks to give you an example:

I love "Nottamun Town" too.  So strange and haunting.  I'll try to find a version by the American folk group Oak Ash and Thorn -- I bet you'd like it.

I really loved this! If my memory serves me( I have been known to forget what day it is, or what time it is right after checking) then is it to the tune of... the elements song? maybe?

Does anyone here listen to Poets of the Fall? They're my favorite band, and they're based in Finland. Unfortunately they're not very well known in the US, but in Finland and the surrounding countries they're pretty popular. They're an indie rock band.

oh man, this song played like every five seconds on every single radio station in norway the whole of 2009...... I was so angry because I love this type of fiddling, but I grew to hate the song with an intensity of a thousand suns very quick.

But yes. violins truly do improve anything
