Ah!!!! My favorite band, Poets of the Fall just released their newest single and now I'm going to listen to it for the next two months and make everyone I know listen to it too.

So, here you go! Drama for Life!

We had to give away our old VHS cassette player and while looking through stuff to digitize, I found a cassette with ancient evil - lots and lots of pop songs of various degrees of awfulness from the year 2002 (14 years ago, how much time flies). All of them were recorded from European music channels like Dee Jay and MCM.

Does anyone even remember any of this stuff?

Warning: lots of early 2000s garbage coming up, and at least 1 good song.

Las Ketchup - The Ketchup Song (Asereje), a.k.a the only good song from this collection.

t.A.T.u. - Not Gonna Get Us (original Russian version - the English version from the VHS tape sucks balls)

Sugababes - Round Round

Nelly - Dilemma feat. Kelly Rowland

Jennifer Lopez - Jenny from the Block

Shaggy - Hey Sexy Lady (frequently played back then - at least six times on that cassette alone)

Shania Twain - I'm Gonna Getcha Good

Avril Lavigne - Sk8er Boy (not really pop, but if it's played on the pop channel, it is)

Blue feat. Elton John - Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word (very frequently played back then)

Jay-Z feat Beyonce - Bonnie and Clyde

Liberty X - Just a Little

Britney Spears - Boys

Samantha Mumba - I'm Right Here

Christina Aguilera - Dirrty

Justin Timberlake - Like I Love You

Justin Timberlake - Crimea River Cry Me A River

Ms Dynamite - Dy-Na-Mi-Tee

...and that's not all!

Sofia Jannok - Gáhkkor
I normally wouldn't open my day with her music, because most of it mellows me out so much, but... it's a mellow kind of day.
