Random observation: When I use the search function to search for posts by myself with the keyword "revision", I get a list of six purported matches that actually do not contain the keyword, and the posts' content remains completely hidden in the search result.

Searching for my own posts that mention "kartoffelsalat" returns an empty list of matches (which is likely correct up to the moment I submit this post).

Searching my posts for "edition" displays many matches (including those with "expedition"), which is to say that a snippet of their content is shown, with the keyword highlighted.

... I suppose that the first result is not quite as it should be?

How many times in a row did they try and make an account? Usually if that happens and you F5 and try again it works. It thinks they're a bot.

I suppose there's warning messages when deleting stuff. If this can be done, I recommend changing the *thread deletion* message so that it's stated very visibly everywhere that the whole thread will disappear. These problems are but one miss-click and one only-glancing-at-the-warning away

I can't find a way to get it back without reverting the site back to an earlier state. I'm sorry.

There are a few brand-new Russian users in the ranks, some of whom are now banned for the last few rounds of spam, and some of whom have not yet posted anything. These have email addresses and usernames in a suspiciously similar format to the last two banned users. 
OTOH, Tumblr has some Russian blogs generating quality SSSS content, so Russian domains in and of themselves are not untrustworthy.  I'd love to see some of those works shared here.
So, new readers, do introduce yourselves over in the Introduction Thread, and then maybe share with us some ideas why you are so fond of these series before sharing the link 20 times?  That's how we roll around here.

Would preventing people with no posts from making new threads help solve the problem, or would it instead just spread it out to pre-existing threads that didn't ask for it, do you think?
