Yay! I have fixed the mature content board - people should be able to access it now. I'll keep working at the politics board since I don't think that one is fixed yet.

Is it (grudgingly) expected behavior that both a simple and an advanced forum search for, as an example, "karanteeni" finds the post where Wave repeated it (not an outright quote, mind) but not Groupoid's original one?

That does not seem like it is meant to be happening. I can take a look and contact hushpiper about it if it's proving an issue for people

Interestingly, if I search for words in Groupoid's post that Wave did NOT repeat (eg itsy-bitsy), Groupoid's post still comes up; however searches for the repeated words (eg. blinky) only show Wave's. The search order also seems completely out of wack - if I search a moderately common word such as "Lalli" the first result is from 2022, the next result from 2023 and the fourth result from 2017.

This seems like a fairly major issue with the search function in general, and one I am definitely not confident in my own abilities to solve. If people are finding this an issue I'm happy to contact Hushpiper and see if they can do anything.

I tried a search for karanteeni as well before I posted, but didn't delve much into the lack of result (seeing as how I'd already used up my time re-reading two whole pages of Disqus comments).
