Haiku chain! Build on the last line of the previous haiku, or otherwise reference it! If the chain quiets down, feel free to restart it by adding a new haiku.

Note, these can be silly haikus, we don’t really care about the traditional rules. We do tend to stick to the 5-7-5 syllable meter, and if you can add the “change”, a difference of sentiment or a surprise, then great! Nature references and even kigos are of course very welcome, but lack thereof will not be frowned upon. In fact, pretty much nothing will be frowned upon! Just add your own! It’s for fun!

I put this in the General Board but it can of course be about SSSS!

Truly what we wish -
may all the Hotakainens
gain their sweet closure.

Jitter:
Gain your sweet closure
Rid of monsters free of pain
Lie still in my arms

Kitty:
Lie still in my arms
As roses bloom on your chest
Rain will hide the tears

Opaque:
Rain will hide the tears
Following from the last words
See a new moment
