Shoop - Nah, not overboard at all. It was entirely 100% necessary and I'm so glad to see their adorable outfits!

I tried really hard on this one, inspired by other people's realistic draws and wanting to get out of my comfort zone. It still looks kinda weird, but I think it's the best I can do for now, and maybe the next time I do something like this it will be better :3 (If anyone has any good resources for understanding facial anatomy they'd be willing to share I would be mighty obliged (also criticisms are welcome, but maybe I'll post this on the critique thread as well for that))
Anyhoo, here's an attempt at pretty boy in a realistic style

This would be perfect if you just close the eyes a little more. As they are, they're popping out of his head! I don't think that they're too sunken in, though, and the rest is amazing!

I decided Reynir's hair might be a bit much for my first attempt to draw anything with a tablet. So, uh, here's a cat. Next time, I swear.

Thank you so much, guys! - and for the comments on Kitty (what is her name?) and for the encouragement and materials advice as well. I'm absolutely loving my tablet so far and I definitely plan to do more with it. Really looking forward to finding the time to draw the rest of our crew as well. :)
