Tap: I love the suspicious expression on Lalli poking at Emil's hairsparkles! 'Is it magic? Does it bite?' Heheheh.

Does anybody else think that Onni deserves even more love? Is there an Onni character development thread around? I want that one!

taybee - nice! I wonder if we will ever see this two working together in the comic...
shaeira - what a beautiful Emil! But my first thought was "Hey, get out of Westeros as soon as you can; it's more dangerous than Y90 Copenhagen!"
Tap - cute sparkle magic :)
Curry - oh, that hair!  :o

Awwww <3

whoa, long time no art board.
Antillanka: that's such a cute Onni....and such a fluffy owl omg.....
Curry: nice sgru as always pal!!
Tap: I really love Lalli's expression haha

So I saw that there was an SSSS chess boardgame going on and when I saw who was designated which piece I went...A BIT....overboard in designing some chess outfits for the kids.

I tried keeping elements of nordic traditional clothing/patterns + the canon clothing patterns but I forgot to make it more overtly chess-like lmao. Also Tuuri and Emil are wearing gigantic quilts, but, hey they're rockin it. (I'll probably get Sigrun and Mikkel done later.)

Every time I turn around there's more beautiful art on here!

Tap I love the smug expression on Emil's face and Lalli's suspicious "what are these?" reaction to the sparkles!

Antillanka oh my gosh, YES we need more Onni love! This is amazing, and I love the tiny heart above the owl's head. :))

Curry that Sigrun! Such fluffy hair and sultry eyes! O_O

shoop I love those chess pieces! They all look great, but Tuuri is my favorite.
I may be developing a...thing...for Tuuri dressed as a knight. *shoves ID pic behind back and whistles innocently*

Shaeira - Hah, it's funny how well that outfit suits Emil, but also gosh that is stunning!
Taybee - I love everything about this wonderful picture! The contrasting expressions, the lighting and just the general shiny awesomeness ^_^ Also I love Lalli's nose and I have no idea why?
Tap - I first saw this on my phone, and because it was a small screen didn't realise the picture contained Lalli as well :P It is infinitely better when you include his reaction to the sparkles however!
Antillanka - *raises hand* Yes, Onni deserves even more love! Thank you for helping to fill this void with your adorable picture :3
Curry - <3 Sigrun! <3 So much red for our fiery captain, I love so much about this
Shoop - Nah, not overboard at all. It was entirely 100% necessary and I'm so glad to see their adorable outfits!

I tried really hard on this one, inspired by other people's realistic draws and wanting to get out of my comfort zone. It still looks kinda weird, but I think it's the best I can do for now, and maybe the next time I do something like this it will be better :3 (If anyone has any good resources for understanding facial anatomy they'd be willing to share I would be mighty obliged (also criticisms are welcome, but maybe I'll post this on the critique thread as well for that))

I don't actually have any experience doing realistic art but I notice a couple things here that make it look a little off. The eyes seem like they might have too much shading around them? They look a little sunken in. Also I feel like they should be about half closed, they're too wide open and that makes it look kinda creepy.
