also I think my frequent fanarting these past months have improved my art skills a lot actually? I was a little bit lazy to practice, but since the fanart life chose me I find myself improving every time I draw something new. It's magic!

like, I definitely wasn't bad before SSSS, but you know... I've gotten a lot better with muscles and junk (thanks sigrun, love u emil) and also larger builds (thanks mikkel, love u tuuri) and then. gotta love them sticks (thanks lalli, love u reynir)
Also the way I draw the characters has changed so much since I started drawing these dumb kids?? Especially Sigrun. If you look at the expression pages from a really really long time ago (March 13th right about here) and compare them with now it's very different and I like these a lot more

Ohh!  I looked at Balthazar's awesome vector-art poster for about the 10th time and only now did I see the outline of the shushing face and finger!   

Seriously, that is a *gorgeous* poster.  If I were ever producing a play, I'd commission you to do the promotional artwork.

you'd think I've drawn enough sigrun shenanigans in doodleordie to last me a lifetime, BUT I've been planning this one for so long........ so here's the newest installment in the ever ongoing series "SIGRUN NO":

Sigrun would look so awesome in a bunad. *_* Except I'm almost expecting her to next do something really inappropriate, like I don't know, climb something

you'd also think I'd be able to wait till it's actualy may 17th to post, but not only am I impatient, but I've also got an exam the 18th so I might actually have to isolate myself from the internet around that time.......

- fun fact, I do all my colouring on a single layer because I hate myself THAT'S HOW I ROLL
- speaking of personal art improvement, contrast and compare to my earlier baby sigrun climbing a dragonhead figure, which was already a huge step forward from my first sigrun draw
(I'm still happy with both of those though)
