I've been away for a looooooooong long time (my excuses are as follows: last year of polytechnic, got an internship and had less time to draw overall, stress, stress, moar sTRESS), but I've still been lurking, and ohh there is SO MUCH new, awesome art! I felt like I should offer a ritual sacrifice or three, as to make up for the absence:

My contribution to the SSSS Secret Santa 2017: (somewhat androgynous) fashion model Lalli. Originally done for Keeper.



Spoiler: Sources of inspiration • show
Lalli and his outfit were largely inspired by this photoshoot of Andreja Pejic circa 2011 and some old clothes designs by Demobaza. I based Lalli's pose on this very elven Ukrainian guy.
Also, there was one Tumblr aesthetics post that used androgynous fashion model Roger Garth to represent Lalli, as I recall.


I like to imagine Lalli as someone who looks androgynous, because when I started to read SSSS, I mistook him for a girl*. He's probably too antisocial to be a fashion model, though.

*The clothes Lalli wears in the comic really don't help... especially the knee-high boots.
