I so LOVE the intense of this one !!!!

The mood i needed so much

Eyyy, I've emerged from my cave because oohhhh lots of gorgeous art here again<3

Oh and I know it's a little clishe but guys, guys. Consider Ensi with a wolf as her luonto. And while we've only seen a mage's eyes glow blue I couldn't stop thinking about her with glowing orange/yellow eyes instead, so I doodled a youngish grandma Ensi:

I suck at hoods forever so I admit I didn't even tryyyyyyyy since it was gonna be a quick one don't judge meee

here's the same without the foggy breath since I damn well couldn't decide which one's better so mehhhhhhhhh:
Spoiler: show

Stunning !!! I have no words to dedcribe this masterpiece

And it's done. After about 12 hours of winding, cutting, linking, screwing the pattern up, taking it apart, and linking again, here it is:

I think it came out ok - it looks a little squashed, but that's more a limitation of the 4-in-1 weave I use, as it can only do 45 degree slopes rather than the roughly 60 degree angles on the logo. Also, the purple stars aren't showing as much as I hoped they were - I'll have to do another version with a purple backing and silver stars to see if the contrast works a little better.

On the plus side, it turns out I horribly overestimated how much wire I would need and got twice as much as required, so I can make smaller versions and mount them as patches on the sleeves of my 16-gauge steel mail shirt - the aluminum just doesn't have the strength to hold the entire weight of the steel, so putting a single large inlay on the front of the shirt will simply result in it pulling apart under the weight over time. Hopefully the 3/4 length sleeves I plan to make won't be heavy enough to do any damage.

Glory, unfortunately I can't see the picture you posted :(

Talimee - oh, nice femEmil and femLalli (there are so many fics I should read...)
Sumeri - I like Ensi with the foggy breath too
Oemelmuff - love this! Not being punched in the face is definitely a good sign

I was trying hard not to make any Eurovision related thing, but I failed... So here is a silly doodle of Emil in the Swedish contestant's outfit:

Wow! That is one heavy star! Must have been hard work. Also, fast. I've made mail, starting on a board until I had a big enough piece to handle, then working on it loose, rather like crocheting with two pairs of pliers. It always took me ages to get a piece of any size - a mail shirt took me six months or longer. This is impressive!

Róisín (and a girl called I read a lot) suggestion on the comments.
Just a quick doodle because I have to go to sleep now!
Relieved that the "someONE pushing a wheelbarrow" mistery is now solved.
