soooo, today's word for Inktober was battle and I had plans I didn't know how to execute and then a certain someone *glares in the direction of Talimee* told me I hadn't killed Emil in quite some time so, uh...

I killed Emil.

And I gladly accept the blame. :D I just love angst and desperation and all the Dark Feels one can dish out.

TBH I'd say that too if I found a ditto in real life.
Windy, your style is not bad or stupid, but simply untutored and somewhat minimalist. Your subject matter shows your creative mind and your whimsical sense of humor.

Buteo, glad I could help.  ;)
Seriously though, Windy, a lot of artists are dissatisfied with their style or skill level. If I met an artist who didn't think that their art could stand to be improved, I'd think they sounded overconfident. You've improved a lot over the time you've been posting to the art board.

Haha, thanks for your kind words but I feel like I must clear up a missunderstanding :P I'm very proud over my artskill and how much I've improved (seriously, if I hadn't felt a little proud I wouldn't have posted it here). I mean, I know it can still be better but it's not really like I'm aiming for that, I'm just trying to have fun with it!

What's stupid are the motives and the ideas! *flails and glares at art* Pff, don't worry art, I say that in an affectionate way, you just so silly <3

And hey, if anyone had told me like 6 months ago that I'd try to art Reynir and Onni and Emil and Lalli cuddling in Mora I'd have laughed and called them crazy, so totally an improvement *nods*
...It was still a stupid idea though *rolls eyes*

...wait, am I trying to say I have a stupid sense of humour? ...no lie, my sense of humour is totally stupid xD

…Okay, I focused on the wrong aspects. Or did you miss the part where I said the subjects of your drawings were creative and your sense of humor was whimsical? Because that's true. It's not stupid.

Windy's stuff is weirdly funny. And is still better than my art. Believe me, a great deal better. And I like the humour.

Actually, let's face it guys, Windy is plain legendary. Who else posts so diligently and frequently, not to mention humorously? I know I don't. Not many people here at the Art Museum don't know Windy, and I for one am glad I know her. I know I'm not what you'd call a frequent speaker here, but I felt like somebody should say this: Hats off to Windfighter, 'cause she's the awesomest.

*Dies of embarrassment and runs from room* I'll be going now...
