All-girl rock (and pretty gay) musical about Lizzie Borden? Well, it's a thing and it's amazing!
If I'm both pan and genderfluid, then no matter who I like, it's gay and I think that's beautiful

I discovered this musician last night. After listening and watching to this clip and others, I was almost ready to just quietly give my guitars away and never admit to touching the instrument.

This clip also has this incredible bit of text with it.

"Have you ever felt invisible? In a world of 7.6 billion people it’s extremely hard to be noticed. There are so many amazing people who have a lot to say but they don’t manage to make themselves heard, because their voices are too gentle and this world is too loud. How many times have you felt like no one wants to listen to what you have to say? It doesn’t feel very good, that’s for sure. You might feel like it’s not even worth to go on. You try to scream your message until you burn out and you lose your voice, and still no one hears you. Some people give up. I decided to dig into this topic by playing my latest arrangement in a crowded and chaotic place. To simulate how the world works, I decided not to use any amplification. Of course there was simply too much noise so barely anyone stopped. But instead of feeling discouraged I learnt something important. You should never stop giving the best of yourself to this world. Don’t let the world silence you. Keep spreading beauty even when you don’t get recognition for it. You are not invisible if you can see yourself."

For any Tolkien Fans out there, Clamavi De Profundis just came out with a new masterpiece:

Probably my new favorite by them. When I saw the title, I wasn't sure how they would do this particular poem, but I think they did it justice.

Those pipes look like a cross between Breton pipes, a hobby horse and a skull. Weird!

Apparently it's a "Camelot" model Redpipe - which is an electronic bagpipe. From what I can tell the sounds are all electronic but you have to inflate the bag and keep it inflated to make them work which seems rather odd. But then who am I to judge? :))
