As I said in the Scriptorium, I vote that your stories stay.  You say you don't do well with tags, but you do well enough for me to get the warnings.  I heed the authors' warnings, and sometimes I carry on reading, and sometimes I do not.  Some wonderful writing can come out of those stories, and insights into the characters that you can't get when they're sitting around the breakfast table eating porridge (looking at my own writing there).

Lazy8 has helpfully included a genre index, so that can be a sensitivity filter.

It's safety precaution. Because there are people like me out there, who doesn't read the warnings. And then they get hurt. And I don't want them to get hurt, I don't want to hurt anyone. And it's not enought to remove only the bad stories because links to the others could still make people stumble over the stories that are hurtful. And some people don't look at genres either. Or maybe they think "how bad can it be?"

So really, it's better that way. If it's not too much trouble.

If you still want me to do that, I can take care of it today. But I agree with others that you've fulfilled your responsibility by providing those warnings, and it's up to the readers to read them if they don't want to be upset.

Windy, let me say again, I'm sorry to set off such a foofaraw and upset with what I had thought to be a minor request for clearer/more emphatic warnings on some of the darker stories, or possibly posting them out of reach of over-young readers.

I'm not upset or anything with the request. Quite the opposite, I'm glad you made me aware! Honestly! Thing is as long as even one of my stories is linked then all of them are within reach for anyone who has the ability to click a link. This is all I can do to minimize the risk of the younger/more sensitive readers stumbling over them, short of removing them from ff.net (which would totally be an overreaction but was still heavily considered yesterday because I hurt people. My whole life has been a mess of me hurting myself in order to avoid hurting people and then I go and do it with the only thing I'm good at). But I mustn't rant. I apologize.

I am really grateful for your request and that you made me aware of my mistake, it gave me the opportunity to take precautions so it will not happen again. <3

As you will, then, but I think you are doing more than is needed. Thank you for taking notice, and I hope we can still find your stories, because I in person often find them interesting, and as I mentioned at the beginning, it's good to see how you are developing as a writer.
