Hm. Now, that I think about it, the Corinthian did come from the dreamworld... Imagine Tootheye Onni (anyone feel a slight Rednex-vibe on the name? no? just me, then...) meeting a Beholder-like troll. It would be either the fight of the century, or the beginning of a long and happy marriage.

I may or may not have a secret stash of tongue images but I draw these by hand, using photoshop. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to do the more challenging edits (like planting a finger up the nose of a Norwegian hunter captain).
