Eww, I see your point. So much for my mashup skills.  But your second impression is the correct one.

I'm not sure if this belongs here since it's not really a meme nor edit, and probably not that funny to people who don't speak/read Norwegian...... but I've had some of Sigrun's dialogue translated to Nynorsk - the second and lesser known official norwegian language. Maybe it's just funny to me I don't know

On one of the ones you linked to it should be "luktar ekkelt som gamalt hus [...] er det det du luktar" (also maybe "lag" instead of "team"? Maybe they still keep some English loan words around so I think both are decent options).

well the truth is that I actually suck at nynorsk (dialects in general, actually. I have the worst dialect ear.) and got a southern-dwelling friend to help me out because the first version had horrible, horrible mistakes. There might still be some mistakes but WHO KNOWS how dialects have been evolving in the isolation of 90 years fjordridden postapocalypse! Also wow I can't believe I couldn't think of the word 'lag'
