How I personally think the portraits should be ordered.

Now Mikkel and Sigrun are looking to each other, Onni is worried ("This is going wrong but I can't stop her from going into the Silent World") looking to excited Tuuri ("Silent World here I come, eee!"), Emil and Lalli are next to each other (Lalli is blinded by the sight of Emil's bright hair) and Reynir is next to his beloved kitty.

it looks like you did shippings.... Mikkel-Sigrun, Emil-Lalli, Reynir-Kitty........ and the siblings, Onni-Tuuri C:

but now you added Kitty, I wonder why Minna did not add the Kitty to the portray-set. the kitty is like a portray too xD

Shippings? Really? (Seriously, some of those are incredibly ick.) I'd say "Group members who are closest to each other" is closer to what you want.

Yes, I did not do shippings, just Emilalli. "Group members who are closest to each other" is the case, also I arranged them so they were looking at each other where possible. On the cover of the book, Reynir has Kitty on his head so their portraits are next to each other.
If I had done shippings I'd put together Sigrun/Tuuri and Reynir/Onni.
