Hey there! :)

I seem to be getting a bug lately that the "Crying while laughing" emote, no matter whether I type the code out or I directly click on it, doesn´t show up in my messages anymore. Is this happening for anyone else? Here: :'D
Testing other emotes, the same seems to be happening with the "Cry" emote: :'( All others are fine as far as I can tell.
(I only tested the picture emotes, not the flags)

Abov, the first is the Forum emote, the second one is from the Emoji keyboard on my iPad and looks like an emoji to me.

That's really odd! It may be to do with the fact that I recently updated the forum's program (it's now running on SMF 2.0.19) - perhaps that means that it no longer has that emoji as part of its automatic catalog? However, we've got plenty of custom emojis and cry-laughing is a fairly common emoji so it would be odd if it specifically was suddenly unsupported. I'll take a look!

It looks like the crylaugh emoji is still listed as part of the forum's list of emojis in the admin section. However, checking here both the crylaugh emoji and the normal crying emoji aren't working. We're currently using Alienine's Set of smileys. I'll keep investigating this!

Thanks JoB! I asked my husband to try too, and he didn’t get any hiccups! So it seems to be fixed now!

No, More of JoB is not my husband, he deleted the account when we were satisfied it had been activated.

Hahah, a fair observation  ;D The Kickstarter message has been removed! I also noticed that I forgot to update the Comic of the Month message for April, which has also been fixed  :)

Quick question: As of now, when we add to the Reaction Image Hoard, we're forced to select "Chapter" and "Characters" (as per SSSS adv1) tags for them. Would it be easy to at least make those optional?

I second that. I've been putting everything into the Prologue. I'm not even sure why chapters were considered necessary?
