Luth, that's a beautiful picture of Reynir's boat! Very challenging visual angle to choose, when we only had views from the same level as the boat itself to work from.
The interlace pattern came out well!

This reminds me that I still want that boat....

I did a drawing of Reynir's dream-boat for Inktober today! :D That braid pattern at the top took a long time...

Oooh, awesome! The pattern at the top is really cool!
I did a Lalli for today's Inktober, complete with Luth-inspired trees:

All my pens seem to have run out of ink at once (WHYYYY) so this was drawn with a black brush marker.
Also, Lalli and Emil and emilhairtribbles doodle. Context ~ More context

Thank you! And yes, the angle was a bit tricky. Fun though!

Well, how about we pool our money on a custom-built boat? :))

That Lalli looks awesome! (Hey, I'm an inspiration! :D) I saw a few of your other Inktober drawings on pinterest, very cool stuff! ;D

So many new drawings to discover ! I especially love this one <3

I actually completely forgot about inktober, though now that I'm reminded I might do a few ink drawings, if I can figure out a way to take pictures of them. But for now, have a Lalli.

Inktober seems to inspire you a lot, Luth ! ;)

I have to say, having a challenge to do a bit of art every day is good way to force myself to find inspiration! And good practice! :)

NaNo is something similar for the challenge and I agree with you, it forces us to create and practice, and sometimes it's good to do it without thinking too much :) I assume it's the same with drawing.

Martti - What a lovely set of drawings! The Emil & Kitty one reminds me of the stories you're always telling about your own cat :D
Windy - it's never too late for the "crew in your clothes" drawings
Luth - this is really beautiful! I like the way you did the water.
Tr - nice forest-Lalli!
PickleChip - don't really get what's going on, but it's still funny :)

I have almost forgotten about this thing I made a few weeks ago (it's the fault of Mikkel's twin brother :P )

Thanks!

Wow, this is awesome! I really love the trees, and that creature in the back reminds me a bit of the Hiisi Moose from aRTD, or The Beast from Over The Garden Wall. Very cool! :D
