I didn't weigh in earlier because I didn't want my odd hours to throw off everyone else.  But 8 a.m. is definitely doable for me.  How will this work, logistically?  Skype, Google Hangout, etc.?

Well, Finland is an hour ahead of me more or less, I believe? Anyway, the Norwegian group uses Skype, but no more than five people can skype at a time. Maybe Google Hangouts is the better solution?

I've never used Google Hangouts... Is it easy to set up?
