I don't think they will be confirmed until she starts putting book 3 together. Given what she said, she seemed to indicate that the end of chapter 16 would be perfect for a book end though.

i don't actually remember when i started reading. some time after the prologue, after tuuri and lalli left finland, and before emil was named (i think???) so i guess somewhere during chapter 1? definitely chapter 2 at the latest since i was around during the giant encounter on the train.

man. can't believe that was in 2014. the years really fly by.
