I wonder how the relations between France and UK will keep going, after the brexit and all :/

Out of this topic, do you have any recommandation of some weird films ? (the kind that are ultimately so bad and kitsch that they turn to be very funny ?)

in a war which ultimately brought them low and dissolved their time-honored countries.
I just felt that this was... bittersweet, in a way.

Sure it's bittersweet from the perspective of the empires, but that's not the only perspective, and maybe not even the most valid one. Both of those empires ruled over vast areas inhabited by different ethnicities who were not necessarily treated well by the rulers. These people acquired independence and autonomy once the empires collapsed. *waves from Eastern Europe* It's complicated in here.

Acción Mutante might be just what you're looking for, provided you don't mind something ridiculously trashy and over the top with gore and violence.

I'm a big fan of Braindead of Peter Jackson, so ridiculously trashy and gore, no problem.

It's probably unobtanium at this point, but Liquid Sky is pretty weird.

I always liked 'Earth Girls Are Easy' for silliness value, and some good songs, a skewer of 80s culture on the side.

Deathstalker III: The Warriors From Hell is an old favourite. Although it very much straddles the line between "so bad it's hilarious" and "so bad it's completely unwatchable".

If in doubt, the Mystery Science Theater 3000 version condenses it down to the "best" bits with the usual sarcastic commentary.

Lets see here
1. Jfk files released
2 Catalonia declared independence
3 Mueller commite is planning to indict someone

Today has been a very busy day.

Weird films: how about 'The Wizard of Speed and Time'? Sweet, funny, weird and worth it just for the scene with the bicycle.

I thought Catalonia had declared some years back?  I may have my regions mixed up.
And JFK files, the event that launched 1000 tinfoil-hat conspiracy theories, meh, what's a few more?
