Confetti shaped like the Icelandic letters þ and ð. It came about one day when my friend figured out how to type þ and ð on her computer keyboard. She was very excited and sent me a text, to which I replied *þ and ð shaped confetti* and then after that I just kept using it whenever exciting things happened. I brought it to the forum, and it's kind of ended up being a thing I do for people when they get promoted. So yep. That is the story, for you and anyone else who was curious :)
