I love this poem so much. Several parts hit me hard: the knowledge that even Onni's most peaceful dreams are dark, the fact that seeing the childhood forest he once belonged to overrun and empty, his really very humble goals.

I tried to paint an image inspired by the story written by jitter. It does not look realistic but this is from my mind i. e. an oversimplyfing and exaggerating one.
